Question 3

How does HomeCompanionAI protect privacy?

Accepted Answer

HomeCompanionAI is a lifestyle and coordination assistant, not a medical record. We do not sell your information to advertisers or use it to train third-party models. Family visibility is scoped to the caregivers on your account.

Question 4

What can caregivers see, and how do alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Your family line of sight includes reminder and check-in visibility, plus gentle alerts when a check-in is missed. The paid plan expands family seats beyond the free plan’s one caregiver contact.

Question 5

Are medication reminders included on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Medication reminders remain available on the free tier; upgrading adds routine nudges and additional family seats.
