Connect Alexa

Link your Echo to HomeCompanionAI™ so you can ask "Alexa, how is mom doing today?" any time. Follow these five short steps.

  1. Open the Alexa app

    On your phone or tablet, tap the Alexa app. It has a blue circle with a white outline.

  2. Tap More, then Skills & Games

    At the bottom of the screen, tap More. Then choose Skills & Games from the list.

  3. Search for the CompanionHealthAI skill

    In the search box, type "CompanionHealthAI". Then tap Search. (That is the registered Alexa skill name for the recognized Alexa brand of FlexCompanionAI™.)

  4. Tap the Enable button

    Find the CompanionHealthAI skill in the results — that's the recognized Alexa brand of FlexCompanionAI™ powering HomeCompanionAI™. Tap the blue Enable button.

  5. Say yes to the account link

    When Alexa asks, say Yes to link your account. You are all set.
